Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells, using Phospho-CREB1-S133 Rabbit pAb (P108329) or CREB1 Mouse mAb (M014610). HeLa cells were treated by Anisomycin (25 μg/mL) at 37℃ for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.

Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (LF102) at 1:10,000 dilution or HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (LF101) at 1:10,000 dilution.

Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.

Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.

Detection: ECL Kit.

Exposure time: 30s.
