Immunofluorescence analysis of U2OS cells using E2F6 Rabbit pAb (P105747). Secondary antibody: Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:500 dilution. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.

Chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using E2F6 antibody (P105747) and rabbit IgG.The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA was checked by quantitative PCR. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.

Western blot analysis of lysates from Mouse lung using E2F6 Rabbit pAb (P105747) at 1:1,000 dilution.

Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (LF102) at 1:10,000 dilution.

Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane.

Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

Detection: ECL Kit.

Exposure time: 180s.

Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200 μg extracts of MCF-7 cells using 3 μg E2F6 antibody (P105747). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using E2F6 antibody (P105747) at a dilution of 1:500.
