Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human esophageal cancer using [KO Validated] CDK2 Rabbit pAb (P100159) at dilution of 1:100 (40× lens). Microwave antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris/EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.

Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells, using [KO Validated] CDK2 Rabbit pAb (P100159) at 1:1,000 dilution.

Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (LF102) at 1:10,000 dilution.

Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.

Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit.

Exposure time: 10s.

This protein associates with and regulated by other subunits of the complex including cyclin A or E, CDK inhibitor p21Cip1 (CDKN1A), and p27Kip1 (CDKN1B). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
