Western Blot - Anti-CDK1 Rabbit pAb

All lanes: P013043 at 1:1,000 dilution

Lane 1: HCT116 (human colorectal carcinoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysates

Lane 2: T24 (human bladder cancer epithelial cell) whole cell lysates

Lane 3: HepG2 (human hepatocellular carcinoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysates

Lane 4: Balb/c mouse small intestine whole tissue lysates

Lane 5: Balb/c mouse kidney whole tissue lysates

Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-CDK1 Rabbit pAb

Sample: Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human cervical cancer tissue

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 30 mins.

Primary antibody: P013043 at 1:200 dilution

Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), HRP conjugated at 1:1,000 dilution

DAB was used as the chromogen.

Counter stained with hematoxylin.

Positive/negative staining were presented.

Only the secondary antibody was used as the negative control.

Background	The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the highly conserved protein kinase complex known as M-phase promoting factor (MPF), which is essential for G1/S and G2/M phase transitions of eukaryotic cell cycle. Mitotic cyclins stably associate with this protein and function as regulatory subunits.
