Flow cytometric analysis of CAPZA1 expression in C2C12 cells using CAPZA1 antibody (M020666, 1:1,000). Green, isotype control; red, CAPZA1.

Western blotting analysis using CAPZA1 antibody (M020666). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with CAPZA1 antibody (M020666, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using ECL Substrate Kit.

Western blotting analysis using CAPZA1 antibody (M020666). CAPZA1 expression in wild-type (WT) and CAPZA1 shRNA knockdown (KD) HeLa cells with 40 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with CAPZA1 antibody (M020666, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using ECL Substrate Kit.

Background	CAPZA1 is a member of the F-actin capping protein alpha subunit family. This gene encodes the alpha subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
