| Reconstitution | Before use this product, please read the direction below carefully. This vial must be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in a sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| IL-38，belongs to the IL-1 family，expresses in the fetal skin, spleen and tonsil, mostly in the basal epithelia of skin and in proliferating B cells of the tonsil. IL-38 can bind soluble IL-1 receptor type 1 and may be involved in the regulation of adapted and innate immune responses. Alone, does not induce cytokine production, but reduces IL22 and IL17A production by T-cells in response to heat-killed Candida albicans. Reduces IL36γ-induced production of IL8 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Increases IL6 production by dendritic cells stimulated by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) . Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same Protein have been reported. Recombinant human IL-38 is a 16.9kDa protein containing 152 amino acid residues. |
