生物素(Biotin)与链霉亲和素(Streptavidin,SA)具有极高的亲和力,反应呈高度专一性。每个链霉亲和素分子具有4个生物素分子结合位点,因此,链霉亲和素可同时以多价形式结合生物素。生物素化的抗体与辣根过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶标记的链霉亲和素联合使用,将检测信号级联放大,最后通过显色反应或化学发光可检测到微量蛋白。本产品为生物素标记的经亲和纯化的山羊抗体,特异识别小鼠/兔IgG(H+L),检测灵敏度高,本底低,对其他种属IgG无明显交叉反应,可用于Western Blot、ELISA、免疫组化、免疫荧光和流式细胞分析检测。
