产品简介

goodWJ 101由15kDa~150kDa范围的9个蛋白条带组成(15kDa、20kDa、25kDa、35kDa、40kDa、50kDa、70kDa、100kDa、150kDa)WJ 102、WJ 103WJ 106由10kDa~250kDa范围的11个蛋白条带组成(10kDa、15kDa、20kDa、25kDa、35kDa、40kDa、50kDa、70kDa、100kDa、150kDa、250kDa)由低到高的分子量范围可监测电泳过程中的蛋白分离情况、判断目标蛋白的分子量,并且可以监测Western Blot实验中的转膜效率25kDa、70kDa两条带结合有红色或绿色染料更便于实时观察电泳进程、判断蛋白分子量其中 WJ 106 特别适用于近红外荧光成像系统本品推荐上样量为5μL

good缓冲液成分62.5mM Tris-HCl(pH 7.5/25℃),1mM EDTA,2%(W/V)SDS,10mM DTT,33%(V/V)glycerol

good1. 本品已包含上样缓冲液直接使用不可加热煮沸

good2. 为避免反复冻融及污染可将本产品分装后-20℃保存

good3. 预染蛋白质分子量标准仅用于分子量的近似参考批次间差异约为5%

good4. 若使用近红外荧光成像系统,请选用 WJ 106

good5. 在低浓度凝胶中低分子量条带将会与前沿共迁移而无法分出

good6. 在不同凝胶和缓冲液系统中预染蛋白质的迁移率会有所差别可用非预染蛋白质分子量标准进行校正并按校正后的结果正常使用
